Igor Thiago was born in Gama, Brazil, and began his career at Cruzeiro before moving to Ludogorets in Bulgaria and then Club Brugge, where his goals earned him a move to Brentford in 2024.
A knee injury delayed his start in England, but in 2025/26 he became one of the Premier League’s most prolific scorers. He is a strong, physical striker who is dangerous in the air and a good finisher.
