Eberechi Eze grew up in Greenwich and was released by several academies, including Arsenal’s, as a teenager. He rebuilt his career at Queens Park Rangers before joining Crystal Palace in 2020.
At Palace he became one of the Premier League’s most skilful attacking midfielders, and he scored the winning goal in the 2025 FA Cup final against Manchester City. Arsenal signed him later that summer.
Eze played for England at Euro 2024.
