Ermedin Demirović was born in Hamburg to Bosnian parents and began his career in Germany before playing in Spain with Alavés and in Switzerland with St. Gallen.
He joined SC Freiburg in 2020 and FC Augsburg in 2022, where he became captain and a regular scorer. VfB Stuttgart signed him in 2024. He is a hard-working, clinical striker.
Demirović represents Bosnia and Herzegovina.
