VfB Stuttgart were founded in 1893 and have won five German championships, most recently in 2007. After relegation and a period of instability, the club rebuilt under Sebastian Hoeneß, finishing second in the Bundesliga in 2023/24 and winning the DFB-Pokal in 2025. Stuttgart are known for their youth academy, which produced players such as Joshua Kimmich, Timo Werner and Mario Gómez. They play at the MHPArena.
