Nebraska volleyball 2026 schedule announced with games on Fox, FS1, BTN, and streaming options

Nebraska volleyball’s 2026 schedule is set, with matches spread across Fox, FS1, BTN, TNT, and Nebraska Public Media, plus multiple streaming options. The Huskers open their season on August 27 at AT&T Stadium, facing Florida and SMU, before heading to Las Vegas for showdowns with UNLV and Texas.

Last season, Nebraska came close to a national title, only to fall in the Elite Eight to eventual champions Texas A&M after a 33-match winning streak. This year, the Huskers enter the season ranked No. 1 in the preseason AVCA coaches poll, carrying high expectations under second-year head coach Dani Busboom-Kelly. Several of the program’s standout players — outside hitter Harper Murray, middle blocker Andi Jackson, setter Bergen Reilly, and libero Laney Choboy — are entering their senior year and aiming to capture a national title before graduating.

The schedule features a mix of home and away contests, including the Big Ten slate that will test Nebraska against familiar rivals. Early non-conference matches include games at South Dakota State and DePaul, plus a postponed Missouri match originally scheduled for September 6, now set for September 23 at home.

Televised coverage will be robust. Fans can catch the Huskers on major networks including Fox, FS1, TNT, Big Ten Network, and Nebraska Public Media. Streaming options include Fubo, DIRECTV, and B1G+, with Fubo offering a free trial for new subscribers. Select Big Ten matches will be available on B1G+, while BTN broadcasts several key games including Purdue on October 17 and USC on October 24. FS1 will televise the UCLA match on October 22 and the Washington game in November.

The Huskers will face their Big Ten opponents starting September 25 with Rutgers, Ohio State, and Penn State in early October, continuing through the month against Maryland, Indiana, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Purdue, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. Away trips include matches at Penn State, Maryland, Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Oregon, and Washington.

Nebraska’s home matches will be staged across several venues. The season opener at AT&T Stadium gave fans a chance to watch the team in a large, neutral-site setting. Other home contests will be held in traditional arenas and special locations like Wrigley Field, where the Missouri match was originally planned.

The full schedule runs through mid-November, with the Huskers hoping to build on their strong start and maintain their top-ranked status throughout the season. Match times are listed in Central Time, and the network coverage details ensure fans nationwide can follow the team’s progress on television and streaming platforms.

Nebraska’s next confirmed broadcast is the October 17 match against Purdue on BTN and Fubo.
