Kalif Raymond and Chris Bell rank among the best fantasy wide receivers to stream in week 4

Kalif Raymond has quietly emerged as one of the best fantasy wide receivers to stream in Week 4, despite lingering doubts about his role in the Chicago Bears’ offense. Through three games, Raymond has caught 19 of 21 targets for 214 yards and a touchdown, yet he remains available on many waiver wires. The skepticism stems from the belief that Rome Odunze, Luther Burden, and Colston Loveland will eventually eclipse him in the team’s pecking order. So far, that hasn’t happened, and Raymond’s production suggests he deserves more attention.

Last week, with a backup quarterback under centre and facing a tough New York Jets defence, Raymond still posted solid numbers. His consistent involvement in the Bears’ passing game makes him an attractive option for fantasy managers scrambling for wide receiver depth amid a rash of injuries across the league.

Keenan Allen of the Indianapolis Colts also ranks highly as a streaming option. Allen’s opportunity increased significantly after Alec Pierce missed last week’s game. He played 73 percent of offensive snaps and was targeted nine times, converting six catches for 63 yards and a touchdown. The Colts’ Week 4 opponent, the Washington Commanders, have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers so far this season, making Allen a sensible pickup.

Chris Bell of the Miami Dolphins has received less attention but could offer value as well. Bell, returning from an ACL injury sustained in December, led the Dolphins with 67 receiving yards on four catches from seven targets last week. Despite facing the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday, a defence conceding the 12th-most fantasy points to wide receivers, Bell slipped under many fantasy radars. He should see increased targets if fellow wide receiver Caleb Douglas remains sidelined.

Malachi Fields of the New York Giants is another wide receiver to consider. Fields has played the most snaps among Giants receivers and possesses touchdown potential due to his size—standing 6'4" and weighing 222 pounds. Although his numbers—six receptions for 74 yards—are modest, the Giants’ recent quarterback change and adverse weather conditions have hampered the passing game. In Week 4, the Giants face the Arizona Cardinals, who give up the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers. Fields may finally break out against this favourable matchup.

The Los Angeles Rams’ situation remains fluid due to numerous injuries among their pass-catchers. Konata Mumpfield could benefit if Puka Nacua and Terrance Ferguson miss the upcoming game. Last week, Mumpfield caught four of eight targets for 93 yards and a touchdown. With the Rams potentially missing up to four receivers, Mumpfield stands to see significant targets once again.

Wide receiver injuries have forced fantasy managers to look beyond usual starters, with several emerging options available on waivers. Raymond’s steady production despite a shaky offence and quarterback situation makes him a standout, while Allen, Bell, Fields, and Mumpfield offer intriguing alternatives depending on matchups and team circumstances. All five players have seen meaningful snap counts and targets, indicating trust from their respective coaching staffs heading into Week 4.
