One day after losing out on arguably the biggest target Ohio State had for the 2027 recruiting class, the Buckeyes got some better news on Thursday. Four-star quarterback Brady Edmunds, a Southern California native, announced on social media that he is shutting down his recruitment and is locked in with the scarlet and gray.
Edmunds has been committed to Ohio State since December 2024 and has been very instrumental in peer-recruiting other players to Columbus. He is the No. 20 quarterback and 242nd national prospect in the 2027 cycle, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
