Girona FC extends partnership with Noel Alimentaria through 2029 season

Girona FC and Noel Alimentaria have extended their partnership through the end of the 2028/29 season, continuing a sponsorship that ties them closely to the Girona region. The agreement deepens the relationship between the club and the local company, reflecting shared values around effort, teamwork, and perseverance.

Noel Alimentaria’s logo will appear on the lower back of the Girona Women’s team jersey, as well as on the kits worn by participants in the Girona FC Campus and the club’s technical training programmes. Beyond apparel, Noel’s brand will have extensive visibility across the Montilivi stadium, including on advertising boards around the pitch, the video scoreboard, and the screens during pre-match and halftime intervals. This presence is set to extend across various club activities over the next three seasons.

Delfí Geli, president of Girona FC, expressed satisfaction with the renewed deal. He said the club was “very pleased to continue walking alongside Noel, a leading company in the Girona region with whom we share a strong connection to the territory.” Geli added that the agreement is “especially important for its support of Girona Women and the growth of our project.”

Joan Boix, president of Noel Alimentaria, echoed the sentiment, describing the new phase as a “great opportunity to continue supporting sports entities in our area.” He underlined the shared values between the company and the club, citing “effort, commitment, and teamwork” as common ground.

The sponsorship arrangement not only gives Noel prominent advertising space at Montilivi but also supports the women’s team directly, signaling Girona FC’s investment in its women’s side. Defender Maria Coromines and midfielder Bruna Jurado, both featured in the club’s announcement video, represent the squad that will wear Noel’s logo on their jerseys in coming seasons.

Maria Sánchez, Noel’s corporate marketing director, also appeared in the video, indicating the company’s active involvement in the partnership beyond mere branding. The deal illustrates Girona FC’s strategy to expand its network of sponsors with companies rooted in the local region, building long-term alliances that extend beyond a single season.

Girona FC’s president highlighted the importance of maintaining close ties to the Girona community through sponsorships like this one. Noel Alimentaria’s commitment through 2029 reinforces the company’s role in supporting local sports, while offering the club stable backing as it develops both its men’s and women’s teams.

With the sponsorship confirmed, Girona FC will now prepare for the coming seasons with Noel Alimentaria’s brand visible at Montilivi and on team apparel, continuing a partnership that both entities say aligns with their ongoing goals in the region.
