Maxence Caqueret grew up in Vénissieux, near Lyon, and came through Olympique Lyonnais’ academy, making his first-team debut in 2019 and reaching the Champions League semi-finals with the club in 2020.
After several seasons as a regular in Lyon’s midfield, he joined Como in 2025. He is a small, technical midfielder known for his passing, pressing and ability to keep possession.
Caqueret has represented France at youth level.
