Kansas City enters the season with a healthier outlook after star quarterback Patrick Mahomes tore his ACL in December. The Chiefs' full schedule for the season is set. After the Broncos game, Kansas City hosts the Colts on Sunday, Sept. 20, at 8:20 p.m. ET, then travels to Miami to face the Dolphins on Sept. 27 at 1 p.m. ET. A trip to Las Vegas follows on Oct. 4 at 4:25 p.m. ET before the team's bye in Week 5.
Kansas City returns home on Oct. 18 to face the Chargers at 4:25 p.m. ET, then heads to Seattle for a Sunday night game on Oct. 25. The Chiefs visit Denver on Nov. 1 at 4:25 p.m. ET, host the Jets on Nov. 8 at 1 p.m. ET, and play at Atlanta on Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. ET. Arizona comes to Arrowhead on Nov. 22 at 1 p.m. ET.
The schedule tightens after Thanksgiving. Kansas City plays at Buffalo on Thursday, Nov. 26, at 8:20 p.m. ET, then at the Rams on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 8:15 p.m. ET. A trip to Cincinnati follows on Dec. 13 at 4:25 p.m. ET. The Chiefs host the Patriots on Monday, Dec. 21, at 8:15 p.m. ET, and the 49ers on Dec. 27 at 4:25 p.m. ET. The final two games, at the Chargers and home against the Raiders, have yet to be scheduled.
Week 1 around the NFL kicks off Sunday, Sept. 13, with a full slate of games. The Bengals visit the Buccaneers, the Lions play the Saints, the Steelers travel to Atlanta, and the Panthers face the Bears, all at 1 p.m. ET on Fox. The Titans play the Jets, the Colts visit Baltimore, Jacksonville faces Cleveland, and Houston plays at Buffalo, all at 1 p.m. ET on CBS. The Vikings and Packers meet at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS, with the Chargers facing the Cardinals and the Raiders playing the Dolphins at the same time.
