The NFL has unveiled the eight teams in the NFC North that will be the first to wear the league's new "Rivalries" uniforms in 2026, with each team getting to wear their new look for one game this season.
The Chicago Bears have taken their classic blue uniforms and added a twist by incorporating orange numbers, reminiscent of their "Monsters of the Midway" era in the 1940s. The new uniform will feature an orange helmet and orange pants.
The Green Bay Packers have honored their unique ownership structure by incorporating vintage green with stock certificate-inspired details woven into the numbers and sleeves. The helmet and pants are both alabaster, a nod to the aged paper of historic Packers stock certificates.
The Minnesota Vikings have gone with a purple jersey featuring a Vikings-knot design on the shoulder and on the pants. The design would have also worked as a Color Rush uniform, given Minnesota's affinity for the color purple.
The Detroit Lions are the only team in the NFC North to go with a white jersey, bringing back their blue helmet in the process. The design is reminiscent of the Panthers' white uniform.
The Houston Texans have unveiled a sharp look, using Columbia blue and red on a white jersey. The design is a nod to the city's rich musical heritage.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have arguably done the least with their design, with their new uniform looking similar to their standard white uniforms. However, they have unveiled a teal helmet for the first time ever.
The Tennessee Titans have decided to honor Nashville's nickname by putting "Music City" on the middle of the uniform. The best part of the team's look is probably the new baby blue helmet.
The Indianapolis Colts will be the first team to wear their "Rivalries" uniform this year, which will come in Week 3 when they host the Texans. The Colts will wear their "Anvil Strike" uniforms, featuring a blue helmet that was last worn 16 years ago.
The "Rivalries" program will run through 2028, with each team in the league getting to unveil their new look by that point. The teams in the AFC East and NFC West kicked things off in 2025, and the program will continue through the NFC North and AFC South this season.
