The no-look pass, which Nix has been working on, is now one of his go-to moves. Singleton revealed that Nix has been practicing the no-look pass throughout training camp, and it appears to be a significant part of his game plan. This is not a new development, as Nix was seen using the no-look pass last year in a game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Jaylen Waddle, another teammate, has also praised Nix's unique abilities, stating that he has "rare traits that only he can process and only he can do." Waddle's comments highlight Nix's exceptional skills and maturity on the field.
In his preseason debut, Nix impressed with a 6-of-9 performance for 76 yards, one touchdown, and a 129.9 passer rating. Head coach Sean Payton was pleased with Nix's performance, stating that he "did a good job" and that his movement skills were "good."
