Naji Marshall is set to earn $52.2 million over three years after signing a contract extension with the Dallas Mavericks. The 28-year-old wing has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the team, averaging over 14 points on 51% shooting from the field across his two seasons with the Mavericks.
Masai Ujiri, the team president, has a proven track record of identifying and developing players with similar physical traits to Marshall. He helped the Toronto Raptors find players like Pascal Siakam, OG Anunoby, and Kawhi Leonard, all of whom have similar characteristics to Marshall.
